With so much time and money to save on my dream house, I don't really know what to do with myself financially.
Sure, I could just bank all of it and wait. But there are definitely some things I need and want.
I recently posted a traveling short list and that's definitely an option. For the first time in my life, I'm making some decent money and staying quite busy. So I don't have much time to really get out there and shop.
One exception to this is some credit card debt. I'm on pace to pay this off in just a couple of months and then after that all of the money is going straight to the pocket.
Being that I've been busy, broke, or a combination of the two for the last few months, there are some things I've neglected. Either I haven't had the cash or they could wait or I've just been too busy to buy them. Here is another short list from me on some stuff I want or need that I may splurge on soon. Headphones
I don't want normal headphones. I want the creme de la creme. Being that I don't splurge often, I think it's ok to buy something better than the $5 ear buds I usually buy at CVS. I found this list https://lonelybrand.com/blog/best-bluetooth-headphones-under-100-dollars/
and there are some really nice headphones there. It's just a matter of finding the right set for me. Printer
I want one of those all in one kinda things with a scanner. A decent one is only going to cost me $100, give or take, and I can write it off as a business expense! So this bad boy is going to get bought up sooner rather than later. Sneakers
My shoes are pretty worn out. I walk on the outside of my feet so buying a quality shoe to help correct this is really important.
I'm hoping to find the right pair in the next few months. Research is going to be required.
As I continue to make more money and find more time, I'm sure this list will grow. But for right now, these are the things I want and need. I think it's a pretty good and easily doable list.
