We had former J.Crew creative director and new Real Housewives of New York star Jenna Lyons pegged as a silk pillowcase kind of person, so we were just as shocked as her castmates when we got an in-depth tour of her apartment in the premiere episode on Sunday. Her standard-size pillowcases are 230-thread-count Pima cotton…and they’re covered in boobs. “There’s titties on the pillow; I love it so much,” fellow new castmate Brynn Whitfield proclaimed as she plopped down on the end of the mattress.

We’ve been tracking this celebration of the female form through decor for the past five years. Of course, we love the overarching theme of empowerment and body positivity, but we’re mostly into this trend because it’s fun. We’ve seen boob-laden bath mats, mugs, vases, and even wall hooks that represent all shapes and sizes. Then there are Lyons’s pillows. Between Lyons’s wood-paneled walls, marble shelves, crystal chandelier, and 3-foot-tall taper candles, less serious touch gives her seriously luxe space a cheeky twist.

The best part: You don’t have to have a RHONY star’s salary to get in on the look. Lyons’s pillowcases are made by San Francisco–based shop Gravel & Gold and cost only $35 each. In case you’re looking for something a little less boob-y but equally bold, here are a few other statement pillowcases that are sure to get guests talking.
