Well, this is definitely one way to make your travel more efficient: you can now stay in a flight control tower in the Arlanda Airport of Stockholm.

This innovative approach to the airport hotel comes from none other than holiday rental site HomeAway —who you may remember as the proprietor of last summer’s headline-making Eiffel Tower apartment.

HomeAway Is Giving Away Free Travel To Scandinavia

Designed by Swedish artist and designer Cilla Ramnek, the 380-square-foot room is meticulously decorated with all the amenities and finishing touches expected of a more traditional hotel room. Guests will find plush grey carpeting, a fully-functioning kitchen and cute breakfast nook, and an eclectic mix of furniture that ranges from a mobile shelving unit to ottomans. And the gorgeous sweeping views of the airport, which give you a front-row seat to planes taking off and landing, is unlike any hotel vista we’ve ever seen.

Not to mention, your travel commute time will practically be nonexistent.

This Unique Hotel Will Inspire You To Travel To Scandinavia

Now, in partnership with Swedavia, a nationally-owned Swedish company that owns and operates the major airports of Sweden, HomeAway is giving away a night’s stay in the airport getaway to five lucky people. These winners of the #HomeAwayArlanda competition are going to be the only ones who get to stay in the tower.

In addition to 24 hours in the unique hotel, winners will also receive roundtrip airfare, exclusive experiences, and three additional nights in HomeAway accommodations in Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo, or Helsinki. As if that’s not motivation enough, each winner will get to bring three guests with them.

Unfortunately, there’s a catch: The competition is only open to legal residents within the UK, France, Germany, Spain, and the Netherlands. Lucky enough to live in one of those countries and fancy yourself a Scandinavian getaway? Enter here for a chance to win. The competition runs until July 31st.
