Bright, fresh, and rich in herbs, this sauce is perfect on meat, fish, and more.
- 1/4 cup flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon fresh mint, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon capers, finely chopped
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 anchovies, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Serve alongside sliced steak.
