An assertive, dry drink with a twist: a spicy, fragrant rosemary sprig.

Ingredients (Serves 1)
  • 2 ounces of Hendrick’s gin
  • .5 ounce of dry vermouth
  • 1 large rosemary sprig
  • Combine all ingredients plus ice in a shaker; shake and strain into cocktail glass.
  • Garnish with rosemary sprig. (Add sprig to the bottle of gin several hours before for a more pronounced effect.) Serve on the rocks if you want to make the martini lighter.
