pineapple mustard sauce
A zingy sidekick to the time-honored holiday ham.
Ingredients (Serves 8)
- 1 cup finely chopped fresh pineapple
- 1/2 cup Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons grainy mustard
- 1/4 cup light-brown sugar
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir.
- Serve with Berkshire ham and sliced rye bread.
