It’s no secret that we’re big Le Creuset fans. The famed French cookware brand has long been revered as the absolute best, and for good reason. While we’ve already come to the determination that Le Creuset's pricey kitchenware is definitely worth the splurge, we’ll never turn down an opportunity to snag their colorful cooking essentials at a serious discount. Want to fill your kitchen with the iconic brand’s vibrant products at a much-lower price? An impromptu trip to Denver might be in your future.
In light of the success of their past weekend-long factory sales down South, the premium cookware company will be hosting their first-ever Factory-to-Table Event in the Colorado capital this May. The sale, which is expected to be nothing short of epic, will run from May 3 to May 6 at the National Western Complex, and will feature all of the brand’s kitchenware categories—from cast iron cookware to wine accessories to serving essentials.
"After an unbelievable response to our Factory-to-Table events in Charleston, Fort Worth, and Nashville, we had Le Creuset loyalists eager for us to host an event out West,” said Le Creuset's VP of Retail, Diane Foster, in a press release. “With Denver’s booming culinary scene, it was a natural choice for us to host the next Factory-to-Table sale in the Mile High City.”
Famed for vibrant collections that seemingly defy the test of time, Le Creuset has long served as the simplest way to pack a bold punch in the kitchen. Though the iconic fiery orange Flame glaze is the company’s most popular color option, the brand has been steadily expanding their palette since their beginnings in 1925. This year alone, Le Creuset has released nine new trendy lines, including a mint green collection and, most recently, a sleek, seven-piece stainless steel cooking set. While shoppers likely won’t find the company’s most recent products in Denver, the long weekend sale will showcase rarely-seen colors and styles from around the world that aren’t typically sold in the U.S.
To get in on the action, customers will have to purchase tickets online ahead of time to reserve a two-hour shopping time slot. Tickets for Friday are $10; Saturday and Sunday are free of charge, but online pre-registration is still required.
If you’re dying to get in before everyone else does, Le Creuset will be granting early access on Thursday, May 3 at the special VIP Hospitality Event, where avid cooks and cookware fanatics alike can shop the floor and mingle with Denver’s top chefs. 100 percent of Thursday night’s proceeds will benefit the Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts as well as Project Angel Heart, a local non-profit that works to provide nutritious meals for those coping with life-threatening illnesses. VIP tickets are available for $25.
