Jon Bon Jovi is selling his West Village condo for $17.25 million, and between the location and sweeping views of the Hudson offered by the apartment, we’re getting major real estate envy.

The stunning Hudson River views make a great first impression, but the interior of the 4,031-square foot-duplex is equally impressive. The property includes three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, with the master suite featuring access to a terrace as well as a luxe en-suite bathroom that comes with both a soaking tub and glass-enclosed stall shower.

The apartment, which is designed with high ceilings and walls of windows for the ultimate light-filled space, includes hardwood floors and finishes designed by renowned architect and designer Alan Wanzenberg.

The lower level of the condo features an impressive great room, a top of the line customized kitchen with marble countertops, and a cozy library/den that can easily be transformed into a fourth bedroom.

The lower level also includes a 1,500-square-foot landscaped patio and garden terrace that overlooks the Hudson and provides the perfect private escape from city life and backdrop for an outdoor summer party.

The rock icon bought the Charles Street residence in 2015 for $12.87 million after selling his Mercer Street penthouse for $34 million two years prior. While the condo is technically a downsize from his previous digs, the luxury accommodation is anything but average.

The 91-unit building itself is another major selling point for the West Village property: It includes an Olympic-sized swimming pool, full gym and sauna amenities, and even a children’s playroom. With these features, it’s no wonder that Bon Jovi’s neighbors included A-listers like Ben Stiller and Irina Shayk.

The listing is held by the Robby Browne Team at Corcoran.
