Shipping and Delivery
Where does domino ship? domino can ship to street addresses in the continental U.S, Alaska, and Hawaii. Because most of our products are shipped via UPS or FedEx, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. domino does not ship to U.S. Territories, including Puerto Rico and Guam and we do not currently ship to International locations.
Tracking Your Order: Once your item has shipped you will receive an email from domino.com with the shipment tracking number. Please note that it can take up to 24 hours from the time your shipment leaves the manufacturer’s warehouse to the time the tracking information is available. Given that multiple item orders may ship from different vendors, you may receive more than one shipment tracking number per order.
Shipping and Handling Rates: All orders are shipped via ground services. Expedited shipping is not offered at this time. Please refer to the chart below to calculate shipping costs. Some items may have additional shipping charges and will be noted on the product page

Additional shipping charges may apply to some items due to excess weight, special packaging or delivery requirements. If there is an additional shipping charge for an item it will be noted on the domino.com product page and in the shopping cart as a "Delivery Surcharge."
Freight Carrier Delivery: Items shipping via Freight Carrier Delivery will incur additional charges as outlined below.

A freight company may deliver the item(s) you have ordered if they are oversized and noted as freight. You, or persons acting on your behalf, must be present at residence during the time of delivery. Estimated Shipping Times: domino has agreements with our partners to ship your order directly from their warehouse to your doorstep so as to minimize potential delays and prevent excess handling. Estimated shipping times can vary for each product and are located on the individual product informational page. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times—subject to product availability and shipping distance.
If we discover a product you ordered on domino.com is out of stock or backordered we will contact you to provide an updated estimated shipment date.
Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii can take an additional 7-14 days.
Furniture Shipping Times: Furniture orders often take longer to arrive due to the logistics of shipping larger pieces. In addition, most furniture pieces are delivered by Freight Carrier services which need to make an appointment with you for in home delivery. Once you receive a shipping notification email, a shipping company representative will call you within two to three weeks to schedule a delivery time. Your actual delivery date should fall within the estimated arrival date range for your item(s).
Missing Items from an Order: Since items are shipped directly from the manufacturer, your purchases may arrive in more than one package. Is sales tax charged on shipping and handling fees? Depending on where the order is being shipped, sales tax will be charged on the order subtotal and shipping and handling fees at the applicable rate. Tax rates within counties vary.
Damaged and Defective Products: If an item is received by you that is damaged in shipping or defective please contact domino Customer Care immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or (877) 223-7844. If deemed defective by the manufacturer, you will receive a replacement of the same item within 45 days (assuming additional inventory is available to ship from the manufacturer at that time) at no cost to you. domino will have the defective product picked up at no cost to you; however, the item must be in its original packaging. Defective and damaged product may not be returned for refund, replacement only.
Return Policy: If an item is final sale and not eligible for return, that information will be noted on the product page. Any item eligible for return must be sent back to us in the same condition you received it and within 14 days of the date it was delivered to you. domino is not responsible for return shipping costs associated with remorse returns.
Cancellation Policy: An order may be cancelled as long as the request is made within 30 minutes of your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot honor cancellation requests made after the 30 minute window.
