Designer Wiebe Teertstra created a minimalist clock where the contrast is created not by the colors but with the finish. The ton-surd-ton effect is created by applying a glossy transparent spot varnish to the matte dial. Teertstra lets light set the tone- based on the light, the print is clearly visible, slightly noticeable or not visible at all. coated stainless steel frame / index dial / Japanese movement / AA battery / designed by Wiebe Teertstra Dimensions: 35cm /13.8" - depth: 6,2cm /2.44" About LEFF Amsterdam: LEFF believes that nobody really needs a clock therefore they create clocks they tell interesting stories.
