A restorative drink that's good for respiration and digestion.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- fresh mint leaves
- hot water
- Steep a bunch of fresh mint leaves in hot water for 10 minutes (you'll want the water to be a pale shade of green).
- Add honey and lemon.
- Pour over ice and enjoy.
