Grilled Corn

An easy fire-up-the-grill recipe!

Ingredients (Serves 10)
  • 10 ears of corn in the husk (Leaving the corn in the husk)
  • unsalted butter
  • sea salt
  • Heat grill to medium-high. Place unshucked corn on the grill.
  • Cook until the husk is uniformly black and charred on one side, about 12 minutes.
  • Turn and cook another 12 minutes.
  • Shuck and serve with butter and salt.
