Floyd Mayweather is definitely not wasting any time spending the millions he won after beating Conor McGregor: The boxer just bought a 15,000-square-foot estate in Beverly Hills.

According to Hilton & Hyland, which held the listing, the mansion sold for almost $29 million. At six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, we’re guessing that the recently renovated (as of 2015) home is worth every penny.

Developed by Niale Niami, who has also worked on homes for P. Diddy and the Winklevoss Twins, the French Modern-style residence is dubbed “The Essence of Beverly Hills.” With wide plank hardwood floors and marble detailing running throughout the opulent home—plus a sitting room with walls painted entirely black for a bold touch—every square foot seems luxurious.

The main house has a formal living room with 10 sets of French doors, as well as a formal dining room. The light-filled space also includes a contemporary gourmet kitchen allegedly imported from Italy, complete with tons of counter space and a separate island/bar seating area. A full wine cellar offers extra space for entertaining.

There’s also a guest house, which features a 20-seat cinema room, concession bar, gym, and staff suite. Oh, and there's also a four-car garage at the end of a motor court.

As impressive as the interior of this expansive home is, the outside space is what really makes the estate stand out. The pool is situated on a black and white marble patio, which also includes a guest house, fire pit, and tons of lounge chairs. The entire outside is surrounded by lush greenery, lending a calming feel to the outdoor oasis.
