I’ve been to plenty of Friendsgivings, but this year’s is extra-special because I get to play host. After jumping at the chance to throw our annual pre-Thanksgiving feast, I quickly followed up in the group chat with one small clarification: “As long as some people don’t mind sitting on the floor.”

The few times that my boyfriend and I have hosted dinner parties in our dining table–less studio apartment, guests have settled on our sectional while we sit crisscross on the ground in front of the coffee table. It’s doable, but I’d like my first Friendsgiving to feel a little more elevated (literally). Turns out, Castlery has the solution.

The furniture brand just debuted its new Hugg collection, featuring two coffee tables (rectangular and square) and a side table designed for small spaces with big hosting plans. Nestled underneath the tables are seating poufs swathed in spill-resistant performance fabric, so you can comfortably turn your living room into a dining area without having to ask friends to make themselves at home on the rug.

Each setup comes with different perks. The square coffee table ($1,099) includes four stools—ideal for larger gatherings where you’ll need surface area for plates and platters—the rectangular two-seater is a recipe for an intimate at-home date night, and the singular side table can live just about anywhere, even an entryway. Dining table who?
