With everything that’s been going on in Serena Williams’ life of late—from becoming a first-time mother to planning a wedding—it’s pretty amazing that the star has also found the time to sell her spacious Bel-Air estate.

And as per usual, the 23-time Grand Slam champion has exceeded all our expectations: Listed for $12 million, Williams’ baby blue abode on Stone Canyon Road has just about everything—well, ironically, with the exception of a tennis court.

Considering the fact that Williams has owned the property for over 10 years now, we’re guessing the A-lister has decided it’s finally time to find a place she can call home with her fiancé, Reddit co-founder Alexis Ohanian, and their newborn daughter. And while she is currently enjoying a well-deserved hiatus from tennis, that doesn’t mean the pro athlete hasn’t continued her winning streak off the court—according to Variety, the business-savvy star only dropped a mere $6.6 million back in 2006, when she originally purchased the house. Basically, Williams might want to consider a second career in real estate.

And despite the lack of tennis court, there are still plenty of other bonus spaces and amenities for the next homeowners to enjoy. Situated on 2.7 acres of land, the home includes a private hiking trail, meticulously groomed gardens, and a picturesque swimming pool. A private gate and towering hedges help protect the property’s privacy (and keep paparazzi away).

Built in 1935, the 6,101-square-foot home still exhibits golden-age charm inside. French doors, marble floors, and luxe light fixtures recall the glitz and glamor of old Hollywood, and can be found throughout the six-bedroom estate.

The light-filled living room’s semi-circular shape and soaring ceilings offer unparalleled views of the mansion’s immaculate gardens.

Just off the updated kitchen sits a cozy breakfast room surrounded by three sets of French doors. And just around the corner? A fully-equipped fitness room—where we’re guessing the tennis champ has broken a fierce sweat or two while training for her numerous games.

We bet it’s also going to be hard for the bride-to-be to say goodbye to this elegant master bathroom. Luckily, Williams also owns a number of other properties—including two homes in Palm Spring Gardens, Florida, one residence in Jupiter, Florida, and an apartment in Paris, France—which we assume all boast equally swoon-worthy bathrooms.

Gregory Goulet of Keller Williams Realty currently holds the listing, and you can tour the entire home here.
