According to the NY Post, the star was paying approximately $39,000 per month when she first moved into the penthouse back in 2013—her monthly dues have since climbed to $50,000.

But all dream rentals must come to an end: RiRi’s luxe pad—which sits on the border of Soho, Chinatown, and Little Italy—is officially on the market for a whopping $16.95 million.
