According to Trulia, Sampras and Wilson bought the abode brand-new back in 2009 for $5.6M—and are hoping to make a $3.3M profit!

The contemporary Craftsman-style spread features an open-floor layout, hardwood floors, and nearly 7,000 square feet of living space.

There’s also a formal dining room (with beamed ceilings and a fireplace) plus custom picture windows sprinkled throughout the spot.

Of the pad’s six total bedrooms, two are proper master suites—one for each floor—with walk-in closets and en suite baths.

There’s even an oversized library that doubles as a screening room, complete with built-in bookshelves and window seating.

The gorgeous backyard boasts a swimming pool and spa, as well as an outdoor kitchen, fireplace, fountains, and private trails—with bubbling streams—for hiking and entertaining outside.
