Per the LA Times, Rick Hilton—Paris and Nicky’s dad and the son of legendary hotelier Conrad Hilton—bought the elegant estate in the early-1980s, but sold it in 1993.

The Traditional-style spread was originally built in the 1930s, and features cool architectural details such as a grand foyer, exterior columns, dormer windows, and a brick motor court.

Inside, there are seven-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-story portico, dining room, lower level lounge, wine room and over 7,

300 square feet

of living space.

There are even five full bedroom suites, including the massive master bedroom, that holds a sitting area, fireplace, and private balcony with views of Century City.

The master bathroom boasts a proper vanity, oversized soaking tub, and built-in glass storage shelves.

Out back you’ll find a saltwater swimming pool and spa, plus a separate pool house with a fully-equipped gym for working out at home!
