Per Variety, the 400+acre property is located just an hour south of Nashville in Primm Springs, Tenn.

The countryside compound is comprised of three separate residences, including two log-style cabins and a private workshop with its own loft and kitchen for extra lodging.

The larger of the two cabins boasts a full bedroom, sleeping loft, double-height living room ceilings, and a bathroom with twin pedestal sinks, and a subway-tiled shower.

A bucolic wooden bridge in the back of the main cabin leads to the smaller one: a studio-style space, complete with a kitchenette and claw foot tub in the bathroom.

Outside, the property features over 75 acres of rolling pastures, a private lake (with a deck, and boathouse), as well as a horse barn and lots well-lit trails for hiking and riding.

There’s even a creekside entertainment pavilion—that seats up to sixty people—with a concert stage for impromptu performances!
