UDPATE 1/9/2018: Meghan Markle has deleted all of her social media accounts, so the images embedded here are no longer available.

It’s safe to guess that the past few weeks have been a total whirlwind for Suits star and royal-to-be Meghan Markle. Since the news of her engagement to longtime bachelor Prince Harry broke, the duo has been decidedly busy in London—settling down together in Nottingham Cottage, showing off her epic engagement ring, and spending quality time with her soon-to-be in-laws.

While Markle has officially joined Prince Harry across the Atlantic, the American-born actress still has a few loose ends to tie up back home—like selling her two-story Toronto, Ontario pad. According to Us Weekly, the California native’s sweet, eggplant-colored home—in which she lived while filming Suits—recently hit the market at $1.395 million.

Considering her Canada-based abode is also the place where the actress-turned-humanitarian and her now-fiancé presumably first fell in love, there’s no doubt the property will find a buyer fast. Another added bonus? The spread—which boasts a quaint, contemporary kitchen, three generous bedrooms, and a lush outdoor space—comes turnkey-ready.

And while her just-listed home may never compare to life at Kensington Palace, we’re guessing Markle may come to miss the modest pad for its quiet charm and ease.

On the main level, a shared, light-filled living and dining space make an open and airy impression. Before she packed her bags for her move abroad, the actress’ eclectic living room set the mood for a cozy evening in. (Peep the throws, candle, and adorable pups.) Markle’s beloved pooches, Bogard and Guy, definitely approved of the star’s chic setup.

A sleek, whitewashed kitchen sits toward the back of the home, where a breakfast bar for two awaits.

We’re all for celebs who appreciate fresh blooms—and a well-styled console, too. Markle’s once floral-filled home will speak to plant lovers and savvy design enthusiasts alike. Hopefully, Prince Harry has already picked up that his fiancé has a thing for peonies.

While palace living promises plenty of room to roam outdoors, Markle’s romantic backyard makes a memorable statement, despite its tiny size. Hedged for complete privacy, the lush space encompasses a large stone patio and an elevated deck around the corner, near the freestanding garage. Much like the home’s interiors, Markle’s built-in nook takes a modern turn with mesh chairs and black and white striped cushions. A prime spot to sip on morning coffee, it’s easy to picture Prince Harry and Markle catching (and cozying) up on the back deck.

Elden Freeman of Freeman Real Estate Ltd. currently represents the listing, which is located in Toronto’s Annex neighborhood—a lively area adjacent to University of Toronto’s St. George campus that’s humming with new eateries, indie bookshops, and cool cafes.
