Katie Couric’s pre-war Carnegie Hill apartment is officially off the market: The beloved journalist, who listed her Upper East Side spread for $8.25 million back in October, has just sold the wallpaper-filled abode. Stribling held the star-approved listing.

The apartment is unusually massive—at least by New York City standards—boasting five bedrooms and a semi-private elevator landing. There’s even a “double staff room,” which for us plebeians would probably be best used as an office or sixth bedroom.

Though it’s still unclear what the final offer for the spacious co-op actually was (Couric had recently dropped the asking price to $7.995 million), one thing’s for certain: Her passion for pattern is real. #PowderRoomGoals, anyone?

Design elements like high ceilings, original parquet flooring, and large windows that overlook Park Avenue add to the luxe feel. Elsewhere, a stunning kitchen, complete with terracotta tiles and a breakfast nook, takes a turn for the French countryside.

Though there’s no telling whether or not the condo’s new owner will renovate the open layout kitchen to give it a more modern feel, we’re here for Couric’s former rustic retreat—all you need is a fresh batch of lemonade and stack of crepes to complete this Euro-inspired scene.

The bedrooms are sunny and simply decorated. While the listing photos show white ceilings and predominantly white furniture, color is infused via wallpaper in vibrant shades and playful prints. In this charming green guest suite, a floral wallcovering promises to channel spring vibes all year round. Taking a cue from the pattern-filled dwelling, the attached bathroom boasts a sweet red and white tile worthy of any picturesque provencal home.

As for the building itself? It’s a full-service co-op described as a “white glove” by the listing site. (Nothing less for television royalty, obviously.) It also offers a fitness center, bike room, and 24/7 doorman.
