Jessie Randall

is the founder and creative director behind beloved accessories label Loeffler Randall. We checked in with the talented designer and visited her chic SoHo studio. Here’s what she told us about how she survives fashion week and what inspires her brand.

My office in three words:

Beautiful, inspiring and light-filled.

Color scheme of my office:

Lovely neutrals and rich, natural raw materials like vachetta leather, wool felt, bleached wood, velvet, marble and brass and the signature pink of our Loeffler Randall boxes on the walls.

My work space is inspired by:

The colors and materials I love to work with.

On my current mood board for the fall/winter

collection:

Lots of cozy textures, color pops and metallics

For fall/winter, I was inspired

by:

Two tone color blocking, luxe raw materials, metallics and ruffles.

How I wake up and look fresh on very little sleep:

I try to keep my make up super minimal. Less is more.

Soundtrack

for getting motivated:

Pop.

Best part of my

job:

Working with fun, kind, funny people who inspire me.

If I weren’t a designer, I’d be:

A children’s book author or have a craft blog.

I’m 10 times more productive

when:

I make time for creative pursuits that have nothing to do with my job—taking a writing class, working on a cross stitch project, helping the kids make valentines. Those little creative moments fuel my work unexpectedly and make me better at what I do.
