Designer Jenny J. Norris enlivened a small but promising space in the heart of her favorite borough.
Painted brick walls and a simple, low-slung bed capitalize on the bedroom’s natural light.
Norris gave this coffee table (scored for $10 at a nearby Salvation Army) a makeover with a salvaged slab of marble.
“You can always feel when a space is overly decorated or contrived,” says Norris. “I gravitate toward spaces that feel purposeful yet well curated.”
Adorned with Moroccan tea glassses and copper mugs for Moscow Mules (Norris’s favorite cocktail) this bar cart serves as a “spirited” installation.
