If you’ve found yourself overwhelmed by all of your news push alerts, you’re certainly not alone. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t measures you can take to get some peace of mind, whether that’s therapeutic baking or knitting and crocheting. And as of today, there’s another trick you can add to your tool kit: meditations you can do anywhere.

Mindfulness app Headspace has released a free guided meditation collection called Weathering the Storm, geared toward this moment of uncertainty, which you can follow along with whenever you need a mental respite. There are three teaser clips available online, but more in the app: One is a talk aimed to reduce stress; one gives instructions for walking around your home; and another is a three-minute exercise to help you feel less anxious through deep, intentional breaths. All you need to do is put on a pair of headphones, sit somewhere comfortable (a sunny spot with a pillow and a plant like the ones below, perhaps?), and take things one step at a time.
