I have one thing to Nutella everyone: these gluten free Nutella muffins from The Butter Half are delicious! With only four ingredients, they are simple and easy to make. Whip up a batch for breakfast, or freeze them and eat them as a snack when you are on the go. 

Gluten Free Nutella Muffins
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 10 minutes
Total time: 15 minutes
Yields: 12 muffins

Ingredients:


2 cups Nutella
4 eggs
2 cups almond meal
1 teaspoon xantham gum

Directions:



1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Thoroughly whisk together the Nutella and eggs in a medium bowl. Add in the almond meal and xantham gum until the batter is well-mixed.

2. Grease a 12-count muffin tin. Fill each cup three-quarters full. Bake at 375°F for 10 minutes, or until the tops start to slightly crack. Pour yourself a big glass of milk and enjoy the gooey goodness!
