Per 6sqft, the powerful pair is moving into a tower apartment inside the Norman Foster-designed One Hundred East Fifty Third Street building—which will be finished within the next year. The images here are (pretty convincing) renderings of what the space will look like when finished.

The luxury condo features wide plank white oak floors, 11-foot tall ceilings, and breathtaking views of the New York City skyline.

The marble-clad kitchen offers hidden storage cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances –including an espresso maker—and breakfast bar that seats up to four.

The massive master suite is outfitted with walls of floor-to-ceiling windows and a proper sitting area.

The swanky master bathroom comes complete with his-and-her vanity sinks and a freestanding soaking tub overlooking the city.

And like most luxury buildings, the amenities are almost as good as the apartment, and include a two-story marketplace—with a restaurant run by Michelin-star chef Joel Robuchon—wellness center, yoga studio, library, lounge, and of course, a 60-ft indoor swimming pool.
