As the founder of textile and wallpaper studio Eskayel, Shanan Campanaro knows how to set a pretty, pastel-inflected scene. At the tiny East Hampton, New York, home she shares with her husband and business partner, Nick Chacona, the pair has filled the space with light hues, vintage finds, and, yes, plenty of their own designs.

But while pricey handcrafted pieces also make an appearance, the couple perfectly struck the right balance between high and low by including items such as Urban Outfitters nightstands in the guest room and West Elm furniture out by the pool. Here are the rest of Campanaro’s favorite budget home finds, all under $200.

Glow-Getter

I really like this little touch light from Tala. It’s on the bedside table in our guest room. You just tap the metal base, and it has three light levels for the perfect ambience. Then tap once again to turn it off before bed!

In Neutral

I credit Clic gallery with inspiring me to change up the little things, like these pretty nude napkins.

Wash Up

I love this soap dish. It includes the perfect colors for my house.

Contain Yourself

I am super into these ceramic stash jars. I finally splurged on a large one for all my dried peppers from the garden.

Double Duty

We just got these ceramic side tables for outside, to place next to our new loungers, but they’d also be cute inside as bedside tables or little stools.

Shelf Life

We picked this up to organize our closet.

Soft Focus

We’re sprucing up our bed with our new Lily’s View pillows.

Dream Weaver

This is our doormat, and I love having things from fellow female business owners.

Growth Potential

We have these outdoor planters in gray, but I love this new white color. They’re great because they last the winter, unlike some ceramic planters, which crack depending on the temperature.

Love Thy Neighbor

This candle, from Warm in nearby Amagansett, smells amazing.
