One lucky buyer is getting to live like the real-life Meredith Grey at a price not unfit for a doctor’s salary. According to LA Times, Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo’s cozy, plant-filled retreat just sold for $2.75 million—a whopping $80,000 over the original asking price of $1.995 million. The 1,889 square-foot secluded oasis was supposedly being leased for anywhere from $6,500 to $7,500 per month as an income property for Pompeo until its most recent buying.

The three bedroom, two bathroom home is situated in Hollywood Hills and is surrounded by lush greenery. The outdoor area is a private escape that includes a resort-style pool and spa, an outdoor shower and bathtub, and a seating area complete with a fire pit for easy entertaining.

In fact, the exterior is so stunning that it continues to be the focal point of the interior as well. Glass walls and massive sliding doors provide a glimpse into the surrounding greenery and allow for plenty of natural light. Stone walls add an extra natural element to the space.

Per Trulia, the home dates back to 1957, when it was constructed by famous architect Harry Greene. It has been redone to include more contemporary touches, such as a fully stainless steel kitchen—even the cabinets are done up in metal—and a state of the art media room.

The mid-century modern home is full of art and other accent pieces, like intricately-patterned rugs and bright red dining room chairs, that make the space feel lively and personal. Though should the new homeowner ascribe to a more minimalist style, don’t worry: The house’s clean lines and reliance on natural materials make it well-suited for any decorating scheme.

The listing was held by Hilton & Hyland, while Tori Horowitz of Compass represented the lucky buyer.
