The flashbulb-facing Delevingne sisters—Chloe, Poppy, and Cara—are no strangers to a great party. (Exhibit A: Cara at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala on Monday, a night she calls “incredible.”) So it only makes sense that the trio would create one of the best fete starters of all time: Prosecco. Today they launched Della Vite, a line of sparkling wines they say they always have on hand when they’re together.

We’ve talked about starting a business together for a long time now, but wanted it to be something meaningful to all three of us, that represented us as sisters,” says Cara. “No matter where we are in the world or how big or small the celebration is, Prosecco is what’s on the table when the three of us get together.”

Besides a glass of bubbly, the Delevingne sisters have two other nonnegotiables: tabletops (for dancing) and a game of Twister (for bonding). Here are the rest of their essentials for an epic night with friends.

Best in Glass

We’re all fans of drinking our Prosecco in slightly different ways. Cara likes it in a big fishbowl glass with ice, piscine-style. Poppy loves mixing cocktails with it, like a Bellini or an Aperol Spritz, and Chloe likes it cold in a tumbler glass.

Perfect Pairing

Chloe is a fan of Exmoor caviar, which is from a U.K. caviar farm in Devon, England.

Snack We Always Have on Hand

We pair the Della Vite Prosecco Superiore DOCG with something salty like Parmesan shavings or Nocellara olives for predinner drinks. Or if we’re looking for something sweeter, we’ll go with figs and honey.

Fashion Plates

Our granny has collected china for forever, so we’re lucky enough to each have a bit of a collection of vintage plates from the 1940s and ’50s. They are beyond special.

Table Topper

We love Mrs. Alice linen napkins. They come in every color of the rainbow and are completely spillproof—and you can even get them embroidered with initials.

Fire Starter

We love anything by Jo Malone London, but the Peony & Blush Suede four-wick candle is a dream.

Music Maker

Marshall speakers win for us every time. Poppy has a travel-size one, which she takes everywhere.

Bonding Agent

Twister—hello! Perudo is another favorite, but it usually ends in tears, as we’re fiercely competitive when it comes to that.

End-of-the-Night Shoe

Poppy likes bare feet or Feiyue trainers. Chloe prefers Nike Liquid Gold trainersAnd Cara tends to go barefoot. No shoes is the best option!

Next-Day Remedy

Chloe and Cara both go for Alka-Seltzer (though the former adds Berocca). For Poppy, it’s PG Tips tea and Marmite on toast. And more Della Vite—hair of the dog!
