The former Nirvana drummer is asking for just under $3 million for the scenic Ventura County pad. The three-story, Neo-Classical style spread features oversized windows with panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean and surrounding coastal landscape.

The lofty living area of the 3,000 square foot space includes high-beamed ceilings and a grand staircase that leads to the upstairs bedrooms.

The master suite looks out onto the beach and boasts a spa-inspired bathroom, fireplace, walk-in closet and private balcony.

There’s an open contemporary kitchen nestled between the living and dining rooms as well as a first-floor “entertainment center.”

A hidden bonus: each of the four bedrooms offers it’s own en suite bathroom—making it’s hefty price tag a little less steep!
