Giant marble bathtubs, penthouse views, walk-in showers… celebrities pretty much have it made when it comes to luxe bathrooms. While we may not be able to live like our favorite celebs quite yet (though you can fake it with an Airbnb), we can appreciate their extravagant decor from afar.

With a view like that, we’d never leave the tub. Add in that full-marble interior, and it’s kind of tough to understand why Sting would ever want to sell his Central Park penthouse.

How many bathrooms do you know that have space for what appears to be a reading nook? This huge, light-filled bathroom is part of a Tribeca duplex corner penthouse that used to belong to Jon Stewart.

We’re all about the chic black-and-gray marble prominently featured in Jared Leto’s bathroom. The sleek design complements the minimalist artwork to create a space that is both modern and elegant.

The bathroom in Ina Garten’s surprisingly small pre-war apartment is every bit as sophisticated and charming as the celebrity chef herself. The marble space makes good use of every corner, featuring built-in shelving for optimum storage (

owners, take note!).

Tommy Hilfiger’s Miami beach house is a lesson in maximalism, and the master bath is no exception. The mesmerizing black-and-white chevron wallpaper isn’t even the most impressive part: the fashion icon has also included original Pop Art installations here and throughout the three-story space.

The mountain view from Mandy Moore’s bathroom is one reason we imagine the actress purchased her mid-century modern home. The gorgeous tiled soaking tub is another.

Singer Santigold’s breathtaking master bathroom is made even more impressive by the fact that she designed everything herself. The floor-to-ceiling marble is imported from Italy, complemented by a clawfoot soaking tub to make for the ultimate luxury bathroom. And the skylight directly above the bathtub doesn’t hurt either.

Artist and Insta-celeb Donald Robertson knows a thing or two about aesthetically-pleasing decor, and it definitely shows in his bathroom design. Featuring gorgeous cabinetry, a statement pendant light, and what may potentially be the most insane walk-in shower we’ve ever seen, everything about the room is perfect.

Her dream apartment would exist on the Upper West Side and include a plethora of mismatched antique chairs, ceramic vessels, and floor-to-ceiling bookcases—essential to her goal of becoming a poor man’s Nora Ephron. You can probably find her in line at Trader Joe’s. You will never find her at SoulCycle.
