There’s literally no place higher on my must-visit list than Copenhagen. The design, the city, the countless cool establishments currently filling my Instagram. It’s next on my list, and I’m dying to stay in a sun-drenched apartment with even a tiny terrace overlooking the neighboring rooftops.

I will forever be infatuated with Santorini. The traditional cave homes coupled with the sprawling views of the caldera make for a truly surreal experience.

I love simple Scandinavian design and this space feels airy and light-filled. But, more so… Houseboat. Amsterdam. Enough said.

Ever since I saw Swiss Family Robinson, I have wanted to live in a treehouse.

I am absolutely obsessed with Julia Child, I mean who isn’t, but it would be a dream to visit her and Paul’s home in Provence. I could say that I actually cooked in the same kitchen where she mastered the art of French cooking and possibly master a little of it myself!

Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands
My dream Airbnb is, without a doubt, a privately chartered yacht in the British Virgin Islands. What could be better than a house that floats to different destinations?? There are so many gorgeous islands you can sail to a with beach bars you seriously contemplate never leaving. Since I live and work in NYC, my vacation needs to be low-key and relaxing. Sailing on the open water, drinking rum “PainKillers” and sun tanning is a no-brainer for me.

Villeneuve-lès-Avignon, Languedoc-Roussillon, France
I will not rest until I see all of France—from the countryside to the vineyards, big cities to the small towns, and the coasts (plural), of course. This 16th century house outside the city of Avignon in Provence would be my first stop on my way from Paris to Saint-Tropez (then Cannes and Nice…). The historical facade paired with modern yet homey furnishings is SO perfect to me.

I spent three days in Lisbon last summer and since then, I have been dreaming up excuses to go back for a longer stay. This apartment is the epitome of chic and located right on the Avenida de Liberdade—Lisbon’s premiere luxury shopping destination. After a day of exploring this charming city by streetcar and taking in its magnificent views, I’d love nothing more than to lounge on this green velvet mid-century sofa!

Who doesn’t want to stay in Norway?! I know I have been dying to visit this beautiful country, and what a better way than staying in this lovely white cottage house!

One of my favorite places on earth is St. Bart’s! I went there on my honeymoon more than 20 years ago and then my husband and I went back for many years hence. But it’s been quite awhile since we’ve been there (we blame it on the kids but it’s not their fault 🙂 and I still dream about the sea, the vistas, the shops, the food, the entire 9-mile island!!!
