in New York City for years, Chef Gavin Kaysen moved to Minneapolis to open Spoon and Stable
in November 2014. The restaurant has been heralded by Food & Wine

, and its wine cellar is a focal point of the restaurant. In the center of the dining room, the room pays homage to the original purpose of the space: a horse stable.
