Amazon can deliver just about anything. From furniture to clothes to food, and now, the e-retailer can even sell and deliver your home. For less than $40,000, you can buy and ship a 320 square-foot tiny home to anywhere in the contiguous United States.

The seller is MODS International, a Wisconsin-based shipping container manufacturer that has been featured on HGTV's Container Homes series. The company transforms new sea containers into fully functional living spaces. This one—which costs $36,000 for the unit and about $3,750 for shipping—features amenities such as a shower, toilet, sink, kitchenette, and living area, packing a decent amount of living into it’s 40-foot by 8-foot frame.

Finished wood floors and basic white cabinetry make the space feel surprisingly homey, while double patio doors at the front bring in natural light and open up the main living quarters to the outdoors. Owners also have the option of shutting the shipping container’s steel doors over the patio doors for travel or security purposes.

It is fully insulated, heated, and air-conditioned, and it has sewer access and electric connection capabilities. The compact home also comes with small kitchen appliances. “The unit is ready to move your personal items and live in,” says MODS on the site.

Described as “the perfect solution for a remote tiny home or vacation getaway,” MODS is the first company to sell a product like this on Amazon’s site.
