Airbnb’s really having one hell of a year.

First, the company raised $1 billion in funding in March, which brought its total valuation to $31 billion. Then, it had its biggest night ever on August 5, when over 2.5 million people stayed in one of its properties. It was also just revealed yesterday that the number of listings available on Airbnb is more than those of the top five international hotel brands combined.

And now, Airbnb has announced a partnership with Vice Media, that will put them one step closer to being an all-inclusive travel company. According to the Wall Street Journal, Vice x Airbnb will offer curated travel experiences that will fit the media group’s eclectic spirit.

“Vice has long gone all over the world to find the most unique stories with reporters on the ground, but we have never given our audience a chance to experience it,” Spencer Baim, Vice’s chief strategy officer, told WSJ. The media company’s focus on travel guides, along with its edgy look at travel experiences, definitely makes these offerings super interesting—the partnership kicks off with four unique travel packages to Tokyo, South Africa, Paris, and New York.

The South African escape is a tour of Cape Town, led by DJs Spoek Mathambo and Yolanda Fyrus. Tokyo’s focuses on exploring the LGBTQ nightlife culture there, while New York’s experience offers an inside look at Harlem’s underground Voguing movement. In Paris, the tour will focus on cabaret and burlesque events.

These packages will be offered as part of Airbnb's Experiences program which launched earlier this year to give customers an interesting way to immerse themselves in a country’s culture. Airbnb currently offers 2,500 packages in 35 cities, and this partnership will definitely help to create more off-the-beaten path adventures for customers to go on.

The best part? Airbnb and Vice are offering the initial four partnered experiences for absolutely no cost—if you’re one of 100 lucky winners. To enter, simply log in with your account, pick your experience and chosen dates, and explain why you want to go on that adventure. You have until September 1 to try your luck, so we suggest you get to it now.
