|As if we needed another reason to break out the tequila.|

Of course we love the classic margarita, but a little spice (thank you, jalapeno) adds a kick to this cocktail. Too hot for you to handle? Nah, Kyle Ford, Cointreau’s cocktail expert, thinks we’re ready for it.
2 oz. Blanco Tequila
1 oz. Cointreau (that's triple sec)
3/4 oz. lime juice
2 slices jalapeno (remove the seeds and slice into wheels)
Cilantro (just a pinch)
1. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
2. Shake and strain into an iced rocks glass.
3. Garnish with cilantro and a jalapeno spiral.
Would you like salt with that? Here's how to salt the rim:
Pour kosher salt into a dish.
Slice a wheel off an orange.
Rub the rind along the edge of the glass
(this helps the salt stick to the glass).
Roll the glass in the salt.
