smoked turkey with rosemary honey mustard
Rosemary gives this sandwich a surprising complexity and a depth of flavor.
Ingredients (Serves 1)
- smoked turkey
- alfalfa sprouts
- pumpernickel bread
- dijon mustard
- fresh rosemary
- orange juice
- Combine 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons honey, 1⁄4 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary, and 1⁄2 teaspoon orange juice in a small bowl; mix well.
- Spread the mixture on 2 slices of pumpernickel bread, and add 3 or 4 slices of smoked turkey and 1⁄4 cup alfalfa sprouts to one bread slice. Close and cut in half.
