warm citrus olives

Ingredients (Serves 6)
  • 2 cups olives of your choice (such as Castelvetrano)
  • 1 cup good-quality olive oil
  • pinch crushed red pepper
  • 3 sprigs thyme
  • 1 sprig rosemary
  • 1 fresh bay leaf
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 strip lemon peel
  • 1 strip orange peel
Directions
  • Place everything except the citrus peels in a small saucepan over medium-high heat until the olives are warmed through.
  • Remove from heat and add the citrus peels. Serve warm.
