Packed with bright herbs, this coleslaw has a refreshing, lemony dressing.
Ingredients (Serves 10)
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup white vinegar
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh chives, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 green cabbage (about 3 lbs outer leaves removed, cored, and shredded)
- Mix all ingredients except cabbage in a large bowl, and stir well to combine.
- Add the cabbage and toss until evenly dressed.
