An easy fire-up-the-grill recipe!
Ingredients (Serves 10)
- 10 ears of corn in the husk (Leaving the corn in the husk)
- unsalted butter
- sea salt
- Heat grill to medium-high. Place unshucked corn on the grill.
- Cook until the husk is uniformly black and charred on one side, about 12 minutes.
- Turn and cook another 12 minutes.
- Shuck and serve with butter and salt.
