An easy fire-up-the-grill recipe!
- 10 ears of corn in the husk (Leaving the corn in the husk yields tender, sweet kernels with just the right amount of charred flavor.)
- unsalted butter
- sea salt
1. Heat grill to medium-high. Place unshucked corn on the grill.
2. Cook until the husk is uniformly black and charred on one side, about 12 minutes.
3. Turn and cook another 12 minutes.
4. Shuck and serve with butter and salt.
