A small black enamel frying pan with a long wooden handle. Excellent for frying eggs, whipping up a quick omelette for lunch, heating leftovers, frying garlic, toasting pine nuts, or a myriad of other uses.
These pans are pleasantly heavy in the hand. With their steel core and multiple layers of hard-baked porcelain, they are suitable for all cookers, including induction ovens, and should last for many years. Like all enamelware, they do have a tendancy to chip, but we kind of like it like that. Made in Austria.
