What started as a blog series in 2013 soon materialized into a published book (available now!) that features a different list for every week of the year. Topics are seasonally focused and feature prompts like listing your greatest comforts, accomplishments, the ways in which you can love others, the places you want to go, your favorite books, and people you admire (to name just a few). No need to worry about what will happen in a year when you finish, either. Seal took to Instagram to share the book is being turned into a series, with the next Lists Project focused on happiness.
Seal wrote on her site, “With perfectly timed prompts that meet you where you are throughout the different seasons, this journal will open up new avenues of self-knowledge and help you create, enjoy, and take ownership of your life, as each week of the year becomes more thoughtful and vibrant.”
